This lamp, that looks like a flying saucer is designed in the early 1950’s by Louis Kalff for Philips. For me it strongly represents the beautiful designs of this very interesting decade. Typical terms like ‘science’, ‘progression’ and ‘renewed freedom’ are all readable here.
The lamp has an aluminium shade in original condition. The three uplighters and one downlighter are all E27 sockets. Rewired.
