Dining room set consisting of a table with 8 matching chairs. The set is of very high quality and given the classic elements in the design, I suspect it dates from the 1940s or early 1950s. Who the designer or manufacturer is I don’t know, but it appears to be Scandinavian. Could it be Peder Moos?
The wood is solid walnut and still in a fantastic condition. It has got a very beautiful honey colour and because the wood has been cut very thoughtfully the drawing is fantastic. In reality this set is even better.
The table is extandable by pulling out two extra leaves, which is very easy to do. Please note that the extra table tops have a slightly different architecture than the main table top. All 9 pieces are very sturdy.
H x w x d = 74 x 170-240-310 x 95 cm / 29,1 x 66,9-94,5-122 x 37,4 inch.
