This 1940’s Daybed with modernist architecture, simple straight lines and well balanced proportions is strongly in the style of modernist designers like Jean Prouvé and Le Corbusier. Please note that whoever designed this bed he or she thought it was important to make the legs an important part of the design. The difference is in the detail some say.
The solid oak wooden frame is attached to a welded steel frame wich makes it a very strong construction. The bed is untouched and still in it’s full original condition.
H x w x d = 60 x 205 x 95 cm / 23,6 x 80,7 x 37,4 inch.
