Look at this RAAK “Saturnus” chandelier from the1960s, presented in outstanding condition.
The composition consists of multiple hand-blown glass spheres that orbit the center, creating a floating planetary effect. This places the item perfectly within the futuristic aesthetic of that era.
The chandelier is currently photographed at a total hanging height of approximately 175 cm – 98.9 inches, but importantly, the original electrical wiring still contains a significant amount of cable length.
This allows the chandelier to be installed considerably lower if desired, making it particularly suitable for spaces with high ceilings, lofts, stairwells, and so on. The steel cables can, of course, be replaced.
