1970’s art vase by Perignem Belgium.

Handmade vase by Perignem. Per-Ignem, meaning ”through the fire” in Latin, was a pioneer of art ceramics in Belgium

This vase was made in the 1970s and the colours are those of a black and brown oxidized glaze. Unfortunately I don’t know which Perignem artist made this series, so the designer is unknown.

The vase is in perfect condition except for a very small chip at the bottom. This is quit invisible but must be mentioned. See the picture. The vase is signed ‘Perignem’.

H x Diameter = 38 x 17 cm / 15 x 6,7 inch.
